Responsibilities
- Executive support to the CEO and CFO of the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments and events; organize travel arrangements, manage expenses, process invoices, contract/document processing and general office management.
- Organize internal and external board-level meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up documentation.
- Act as the central point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track and control action points, resubmissions, deadlines and key dates.
- Support analyses, reports, statistics and creation of presentation material to facilitate decision-making at the top management level.
- Independent project management and collaboration on challenging projects; work on strategic problems and ad-hoc tasks.
- Moderation and presentation in meetings and conference calls, including fluent and confident presentations in English.
- Provide support with documentation and follow-ups for internal and cross-functional projects.
- Participate in selected Group projects and take on ad-hoc special tasks as needed.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree (e.g. economics) or a comparable qualification.
- Business development and/or strategic know-how preferred.
- Several years of experience supporting senior executives in an international business environment.
- Forward-looking and solution-oriented action, high initiative and flexibility.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, high initiative, independence and a structured way of working, as well as discretion and loyalty.
- Professional demeanor, discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English and German (both required).
