Join GEA Group in Düsseldorf as the Project Manager CEO Office, directly reporting to the Group CEO. In this strategic role, you\’ll spearhead projects and initiatives crucial to the organization\’s success, collaborating across departments like supply chain, production, and digitalization. With your international project management expertise and strong communication skills, you\’ll lead interdisciplinary teams to drive projects from conception to implementation, navigating complex environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Your tasks
- The Project Manager CEO Office is a strategic project manager responsible for managing projects and strategic initiatives, driving them to success. You will have full responsibility for projects defined by the CEO, from initial definition through to implementation, including managing costs and achieving project goals.
- These projects will involve collaboration at the intersection with other departments, such as supply chain strategy, production strategy, and software and digitalization cross-functional topics.
- You will work in cross-functional collaboration with the business, including sales, marketing, finance, sustainability, and logistics, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams of local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- A professional, ideally with international experience in managing complex projects in a technical and international environment; preferably with additional experience beyond project management.
- Excellent master\’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting or in a similar industry to GEA Group.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- High affinity and interest in technical processes and solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally and to take the next career step within the next 2-4 years.
