MAIN TASKS As Service Controller, you act as a business partner for R&D and represent Finance in corporate projects. The role combines operational controlling responsibilities with the opportunity to grow beyond the current scope. At the same time, you contribute to the further development of reporting, analytics, and processes. In particular, this includes the following activities:
Support R&D controlling, including project reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure efficient controlling processes and data quality in project environments
Provide insights and recommendations for management decisions
Further develop reporting, KPIs, and financial processes
Contribute to group-wide controlling projects
Support and actively shape finance and analytics initiatives across functions
PROFILE You have a degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration as well as experience in Controlling in a dynamic or project-driven environment. Your skills and qualifications include:
Experience with SAP and analytics tools
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Hands‑on mindset combined with drive and initiative
Motivation to improve processes and challenge the status quo constructively
Strong communication skills in German and English
