Du kochst in drei stilvollen Altbau-Eventlocations (Savignyplatz, Hackescher Markt, Checkpoint Charlie) und betreust Caterings und Veranstaltungen von Frühstück über Lunch bis Flying Dinner und Seated Dinner. Job Responsibilities Cooking in three stylish historic event locations. Handling catering and events from breakfast through lunch to flying dinner and seated dinner. Collaborating closely with the kitchen manager Zita Sándor and the event team. Managing production, mise en place, and plating. Developing dishes and concepts with a focus on quality and hygiene according to HACCP. Ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. Qualifications Passion for cooking, sense of modern cuisine, and attractive plating. Completed culinary education or at least two years of relevant professional experience.
