Senior Finance BP

• - Develop and execute corporate financial strategies to support business expansion objectives.
• - Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial analysis; monitor variances between actual performance and budgets, and propose improvement recommendations.
• - Responsible for establishing the company’s financial systems and frameworks, as well as developing financial information systems.
• 2. Financial Operations Management
• - Supervise accuracy and timeliness of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and mapping local GAAP (German GAAP / HGB) to international GAAP (IFRS).
• - Regularly produce regional operational and financial analysis reports to identify risks and opportunities, providing decision‑making support for management.
• - Oversee planning and enhancement of local financial systems.
• - Develop and refine internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliant company operations.
• 3. Tax & Compliance
• - Ensure accurate calculation and filing of local taxes (e. g., corporate tax, VAT, trade tax) to maintain tax compliance in Germany.
• - Maintain internal control systems to meet requirements of headquarters and local regulatory authorities (e. g., Ba Fin, tax offices).
• - Lead annual audit processes, liaise with external auditors, and implement audit recommendations.
• 4. Business Support & Decision Analytics
• - Analyze profitability of new vehicle sales, after‑sales service, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations to provide pricing strategy recommendations.
• - Monitor dealer performance metrics (e. g., gross margin, inventory turnover days, DMS data) to support operational efficiency improvements.
• - Evaluate the financial impact of business proposals to maximize profitability.
• 5. Cash and Foreign Exchange Management
• - Regularly prepare local cash flow forecasts and funding budgets to ensure healthy cash flow operations.
• - Collaborate with headquarters on local foreign exchange management (EUR exposure).

6. Assist headquarters with other financial management tasks.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2. At least 5 years of working experience; experience in multinational companies or Big 4 accounting firms is a plus.
• 3. Solid knowledge of local German financial standards (HGB) and IFRS is a must.
• 4. Fluency in English and German is required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• 5. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• 6. SAP experience is preferred.
• 7. Strong numerical sensitivity, with excellent problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
• 8. Precise, detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• 9. Target‑oriented, with solid analytical and summarization capabilities.
