About the Role
The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting after-sales training activities across the dealer network.
The role ensures the effective planning, delivery, and administration of technical and non-technical training programs, helping dealers develop the capabilities required to meet Geely's after-sales standards.
Responsibilities
- Training Coordination
- Coordinate after-sales training programs.
- Support the preparation of Non-Tech and Tech training documentation.
- Coordinate training activities with internal teams and service providers.
- Lead new model training programs.
- Training Administration
- Lead on-site training center and on-line training portal operational go-live.
- Support dealer training planning, certification, and participation tracking.
- Maintain training records, reports, and LMS data.
- Support the continuous improvement of training processes and documentation.
- KPI/Training effectiveness tracking
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in training coordination or automotive aftersales.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and German is an advantage.
- Occasional travel required.
