  • Support vehicle preparation for testing, including data acquisition setup, sensor installation, software flashing, and troubleshooting activities
  • Analyze test results and create technical reports, development summaries, and root cause investigations
  • Perform local calibration, tuning, verification, and validation of powertrain functions to meet European market needs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams in Europe and China to translate regional customer expectations and driving characteristics into technical requirements
  • Drive issue resolution and support continuous improvement activities throughout the development process

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working with ICE propulsion systems, emissions development, calibration, or powertrain engineering within the automotive industry
  • You have a strong understanding of European customer expectations, driving behaviours, and regulatory requirements
  • You are experienced in emission testing, vehicle evaluation, and powertrain development activities
  • You have hands‑on experience with engineering and calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, Vector toolchains, data loggers, and vehicle diagnostics systems
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a global and multicultural environment
  • You have a genuine interest in vehicles and enjoy a practical, hands‑on approach to engineering challenges
  • You are analytical, proactive, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • You hold a valid Category B driver's license; additional driving certifications or proving ground experience are considered an advantage
  • You are open to regular travel within Europe and internationally

At Geely Technology Europe, you will work at the forefront of automotive innovation alongside talented colleagues from around the world. You will have the opportunity to influence the development of future mobility solutions, contribute to exciting global projects, and help shape vehicles for some of the industry's most exciting brands.
