The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Citrus & Multi‑Fruit B2B ingredients to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen long‑term customer partnerships across Europe and international markets.
You will represent a rapidly scaling agri‑food manufacturer known for quality, innovation, sustainability, and global export capability.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Grow key accounts in citrus, multi‑fruit purées, cloudy concentrates, IQF, and freeze‑dried
- Acquire new customers using market intelligence and competitive mapping
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each product category
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, volumes, and annual agreements
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labeling, sustainability certifications
- Monitor account KPIs, forecast risks, and resolve challenges proactively
- Represent the company in international markets, navigating cultural and regulatory differences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
7+ years in international sales, including 2+ years in account management
Proven experience in the agri‑food industry (B2B environment), ideally tomato paste or processed foods
Strong market analysis, account management, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
Cultural awareness and adaptability in international markets
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to travel internationally
