CfP: Develop a multi-tenant LegalTech SaaS platform with agentic AI capabilities

We are looking for an AI developer for a client. Estimated development time: 10 days (based on an existing infrastructure) Project Description This project aims to build the next generation of a LegalTech platform, a multi-tenant SaaS application that leverages agentic AI to guide users through case capture and generate filing-ready documents. The existing platform, already in production, handles automated document recognition, data extraction, and document generation. The new platform will introduce: White-label capabilities: Allowing law firms and independent professionals to use the platform under their own brand, with customizable domains, logos, color schemes, and text blocks per tenant. Multi-jurisdictional operation: Supporting parallel operation across multiple jurisdictions through configuration packages for rules, templates, and calculation logic, without requiring code changes. Multi-tenant architecture: A single shared instance with strict logical tenant isolation, tenant-specific encryption, and auditable isolation. Payment integration: Enabling partners to set their own end-customer pricing, collect payments through their own accounts, and support two license models (per case or fixed monthly) with server-side capture of billable usage. Partner and Internal Administration: Self-service areas for partners (branding, pricing, etc.) and internal administration for onboarding, reporting, invoicing, and suspension. Profile Description The client is seeking an expert agentic AI specialist for this project. Required Technical Knowledge: Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures. Expertise in agentic AI implementation. Understanding of data protection and compliance in regulated industries (specifically revFADP and GDPR). Knowledge of encryption in transit and at rest. Experience with API-first design and documentation. Familiarity with proven, widely supported technologies for long-term maintainability. Experience with prompt injection protection. Required Soft Skills: Ability to develop a substantiated data protection concept. Capacity to ensure traceability of AI-generated content. Experience with human-in-the-loop AI systems. Ability to work with versioning of prompts, rules, and templates. Capability to ensure verifiability of AI outputs.i> Experience: Proven experience with multi-tenant SaaS.
