About the Opportunity:
GemPool is partnering with a leading Tier-1 European M&E Engineering Contractor to recruit an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a major mission critical project in Germany.
This is a high visibility leadership role overseeing the complete delivery cycle—from pre-construction and installation through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full operational, commercial, and technical ownership of multi-disciplinary M&E site packages.
- Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, commercial (QS), and site operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for main contractors, client representatives, and key stakeholders.
- Drive project execution plans to ensure strict adherence to budget, milestones, and HSEQ standards.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an MEP Project Manager on large scale projects (Data Centre, Life Sciences, or Advanced Industrial).
- Managed M&E packages valued at €20M+.
- Strong commercial acumen and background managing sub-contractors and vendor packages.
