Overview
In this role you will support business-critical applications and serve as a data management SME across initiatives. You will ensure reliable data through ETL monitoring, master data management, and governance, while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. You will analyze data flows, improve quality, and help drive large-scale transformation initiatives. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide global user support for critical applications (LUCA, LIDIA, MDS) including incident resolution and user training
- Act as SME for data management initiatives and project implementation, supporting enhancements of business solutions
- Monitor and optimize ETL processes and master data management to ensure accurate data availability
- Assess risks related to applications and cedent data handling to aid regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
- Analyze end-to-end data flows and processes to improve data quality, consistency, and governance
- Develop and optimize existing applications, incorporating new technologies and best practices
- Establish and refine standards, controls, and procedures for scalable, error-free data ingestion
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and IT to align data solutions with objectives
- Advise Product Owners and project leaders on data provisioning and design reviews
- Contribute to transformation initiatives through design, testing, implementation support, and change management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor level education in MIS, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous
- At least 3 years in data analytics, including 2 years in master data management and 2 years in data ingestion
- Strong experience with insurance data in direct or reinsurance contexts
- Advanced SQL, R, and Python programming skills; solid knowledge of data warehousing and modern data management concepts
- Experience with large-scale projects and effective prioritization in dynamic environments
