(Senior) Data Engineer (d / f / m)

• Collaborate with a small Agile DevOps development team
• Contribute to the development of data lake ETL \\ ELT solutions using Python and Azure Cloud (PaaS) Services
• Contribute to the technical refinement of user stories
• Contribute to the data modeling, code development, and documentation
• Support the CICD code management, automated integration testing, and release processes
• Support the documentation and handover of development to the production support teams

As a foundational member of this team there will be many opportunities for a self-starting individual to develop their technical skills and grow their role.

Your Profile

• Previous experience (5+years) working as a Python developer
• Strong experience working with data, ideally in a data engineering context
• Experience working with Azure cloud services
• A technical or computer science degree and / or relevant work experience
• Ability to collaborate within an Agile development team
• Ability to deliver quality code to agreed timelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and structure
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of English and ideally German
