More than 230 professionals carry out their duties daily with constant demands for excellence, a sense of service, and environmental responsibility.Attached to the Low Current Service Workshop sector, the Single Point of Contact handles the reception and management of technical emergency calls related to property and people from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.Maintenance Technician Electrician - Single Point of Contact - 100%Within the Single Point of Contact, you receive calls from users facing breakdowns or technical malfunctions. You analyse the reported situations, assess their urgency, and provide a first level of response or remote troubleshooting when possible. You then direct requests to the appropriate responders or initiate necessary interventions based on defined priorities.Thanks to your technical experience and analytical skills, you play a central role in coordinating intervention requests and contribute to ensuring the continuity of installations’ operation as well as the safety of people and infrastructure.You carry out first-level troubleshooting interventions on the site’s technical installations and equipment, specialising in the field of electricity.You are also called upon to perform troubleshooting interventions in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, or mechanics. In this capacity, you demonstrate versatility and possess general technical knowledge enabling you to perform simple repairs and effectively direct requests requiring specific expertise.You ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of requests, maintain traceability of interventions in management tools, and participate in updating working documents.You may be required to work cross-functionally with the Electricity and Mechanics sectors.QualificationsYou hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrician installer or an equivalent qualification and have at least five years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electrical installations.You possess solid knowledge in the electrical field, notably NIBT standards, and are comfortable reading electrical diagrams and installation plans.You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as CMMS software.
