In our dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our demanding client base. Your tasks include supporting the maintenance of investor relationships and contributing to the development of tailor‑made investment solutions.
Tasks
- Supporting investment managers in supporting portfolio companies and investors
- Independent processing and control of investor orders and payment flows
- Receiving and processing inquiries from investors and portfolio companies
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings with investors and portfolio companies
- Independent and proactive pending management
Qualifications
- Completed banking apprenticeship or university degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and oral
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to maintain long‑term relationships with demanding customers
