What we are looking for:

Need to Have: [Requirements]

• Experience working as consultant, ideally for a leading consulting company
• HR consulting background is a must ideally with focus on External Workforce Management and / or Organisational Restructuring
• Solid knowledge of Excel modelling and tracking
• Fluent German

Nice to Have [Bonus]

• Experience supporting Life Sciences clients on independent project work
• Life Sciences background
• Experience with Tableau

This is a hybrid role with a requirement of 3 days/week onsite, lasting up to 6 months.
