About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing HTA strategy in partnership with Market Access. It requires strong scientific leadership, knowledge of HTA processes, cross-functional influence, and external engagement experience with HTA agencies. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to global strategy and help shape the build of the function in Europe. It can be based in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement evidence strategies for HTA & RWE across European markets.
2. Co-develop JCA submissions and HTA dossiers with Market Access and Pricing Leads.
3. Contribute to global HEOR and RWE deliverables, ensuring local needs are met.
4. Lead evidence generation activities, including localization and post-approval studies.
5. Create customer-facing materials to communicate value to access decision makers.
6. Serve as a scientific SME in pricing and HTA negotiations.
7. Support department strategy and represent CORE on key initiatives.
8. Assist pipeline assets as needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Graduate degree (PhD or Masters) in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related fields.
2. At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting in health economics, outcomes research, or epidemiology.
3. Experience in oncology preferred.
4. Strong strategic mindset and research accomplishments.
5. Knowledge of European market access and HTA processes.
6. Experience with HTA processes in Germany, France, or UK.
7. Ability to work independently and in teams, with willingness to travel.
8. Excellent communication skills.
