Join our team as Business consultant in the supply chain management (SCM) service line. Our strength lies in our expertise in systems, data analytics, and the science of supply chain functions, combined with strategic partnerships with best‑in‑class solution providers. Our recommendations help grow our clients’ top and bottom lines through better strategies, processes, and decision‑making capabilities. Responsibilities

• Designing, facilitating and executing technology solutions to enable S&OP processes
• Redesigning and implementing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning processes
• Conducting a software selection process for point solutions or platform technology
• Designing and deploying a supply chain S&OP and control tower solution
• Performing comprehensive supply chain analytics to enable strategic and operational decisions
• Consulting and implementing a field service technology solution
• Designing and developing a parts delivery optimizer solution

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, business analytics, engineering, supply chain management, operations research, logistics, computer science, marketing or other relevant degree

Experience with Microsoft products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint to develop analytical model, process documents, client presentations and other materials

Ability to understand business user needs, challenges and translate them into business requirements

General understanding of programming languages and agile software development life cycles

Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to immediately contribute in a team environment

An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast‑paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus

Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in supply chain in one or more of the following areas: supply chain analytics, Supply chain planning/S&OP, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Process design, Design thinking is a plus

Technical proficiency in Tableau, SQL, MS Access, Python and/or R, Internet of Things is a plus
