For our site in Odelzhausen we are searching for a Financial Manager.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead financial planning and analysis processes across functions within the region.
- Manage and lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
- Own regional MD&A reporting and analyzing of the quarterly results as well as identification of key drivers.
- Own financial completion of regional monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
- Support regional VP Finance and regional SVP in creating financial presentations.
- Promote financial literacy to the business by acting as a Business Partner.
- Provide necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers and identify risks as well as supporting processes to mitigate risks.
- Partner proactively with leadership at all levels.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager in a manufacturing environment, ideally in automotive.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a Business Partner.
- Proficient with financial reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial documents and reports.
- Experience in Project Management.
- High degree of customer orientation and proactivity.
- Acting in a goal-oriented manner, prioritize and complete tasks depending on importance, confidentiality and urgency.
