Executive Assistant to Region CEO (m / f / x)

We are looking for Master\’s graduate talents with great project management experience and analytical skills to work closely with our Region CEO & President!

Tasks

1. Supporting the Region CEO in operational and strategic tasks,
2. Obtaining business insights, researching market trends and synthesizing information,
3. Creating analyzes, presentations, decision templates, statistics and action plans,
4. Gathering and organizing information for conferences, speeches, and reports as per requests from the Region CEO,
5. Acting as a project manager, meaning being responsible for project communication, creating and updating project plans, weekly update reports, etc.
6. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines,
7. Supporting the implementation of internal processes, policies and strategies,
8. Managing sensitive issues using a high level of confidentiality and discretion,
9. Acting as the point of contact among directors / managers, employees, clients and other external partners.

Requirements

1. Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or in a similar area (especially from a Business School),
2. Experience with project management,
3. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint,
4. Fluent in English; German and / or French would be a plus,
5. Strong analytical skills,
6. Self-motivated and resilient,
7. Detail-oriented as well as being able to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
