- *Independent management and processing of air freight shipments from A to Z
- *Acting as a point of contact and interface between customers, our network, and our business partners
- *Performance analyses and initiation of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility
- *Negotiations with service providers
- *Invoicing of air freight shipments with full cost control and results overview
- *Completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding agent
- *Very good MS Office skills
- *Independent working style and high level of commitment
- *Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to work in a team
- *Confident command of English, both spoken and written
