Regional Legal Counsel & Contract Manager
We are looking for a Regional Legal Counsel & Contract Manager for the GEODIS EUROPE Offices in Frankfurt am Main or Hamburg!

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
- Observing, analyzing and implementing current legal developments and their implications,
- Reviewing German and international contracts in a wide variety of settings,
- Supporting the conception, preparation, and implementation of trainings,
- Managing the contract review process,
- Preparing and updating sample contracts,
- Supporting claims and insurance matters as well as overseeing data recording,
- Maintaining legal databases,
- Optimizing processes in the Regional Legal Department,
- Supporting the Europe Region General Counsel in day-to-day business.
You bring along:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree of German Law,
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in German legal system – accredited as a lawyer,
- Knowledge of German civil and commercial law,
- Experience in the field of international commercial law is desirable,
- Expert in navigating in international working environment thanks to excellent communication skills,
- Willingness to work with multidisciplinary and international teams,
- Enjoy dealing with a wide range of legal issues and advising employees,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
- Fluent in English and German.
