About the Role
GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions, a division of GF, seeks a Global Sales & Operations Planning Intern to support industry‑leading sustainability and digital innovation.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly Demand and Supply Planning cycle, updating and validating data sources with business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Prepare and update Demand and Supply plans in Microsoft Excel aligned with defined S&OP timelines.
- Analyze and consolidate planning data to ensure transparency and data quality within the S&OP process.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for global and regional S&OP meetings.
- Create and maintain process documentation for Global S&OP processes for internal training and vendor implementation (Power Point and BPMN).
- Support Global S&OP projects with administrative coordination, follow‑up on action items, and documentation of decisions.
Qualifications
- Recently completed or pursuing a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Process Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
- Interest in process development, data analytics, change management, and project management.
- Basic understanding of Demand & Supply Planning or S&OP concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
- Curious, proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced global environment.
- Preferred Experience
- Initial professional experience in process management, data analytics, or supply chain.
