We are seeking a structured and detail-oriented Global IT PMO Analyst to join the new team IT Operations and Project Services and support the Project Office in the successful delivery of global IT Projects. With your team spirit and proactive attitude, your will work part time (50%) with focus on project controlling and reporting, as well as supporting project management and resource forecasting. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain strategic insights into the whole GF IT Project Portfolio and make an impact in the value delivery of IT projects.
Support the Project Office in championing and embedding P3M (Project, Program, Portfolio Management) practices across the IT organization
Coordinate the production of project and portfolio reports to support governance
Provide guidance to other IT colleagues regarding Project Management to ensure the agreed processes and tools are implemented
Operational PMO for specific IT programs and projects: Subject Matter Expert in Project Management– support the creation and coordination of a GF IT PMO Community of Practice
~3+ years of experience in a Project Office or in an IT project in an international environment (Project Management and/or IT certifications will be valued but are not a must)
~ Business and IT acumen with strong communication and collaboration skills
~ Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously
~ Proficiency in English; German knowledge will be valued but is not a must
