As we continue our global Sales Operations Planning transformation, we are looking for a passionate supply chain professional to define and drive our future supply planning landscape. In this highly visible global role, you will shape standardized processes, implement cutting‑edge planning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions. /ph3Your tasks: /h3ulliLead the Supply Planning workstream within GF IIFS's global SO software implementation, focusing on Master Production Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and the integration of inventory, transportation, and supplier planning /liliDesign, harmonize, implement, and continuously improve the global SO Supply Planning process, including governance, standards, documentation, and master data requirements /liliAct as the global process and tool owner for SO Supply Planning, ensuring effective adoption, stability, and long‑term development /liliDefine and monitor global Supply Planning KPIs, enabling transparency, performance management, and comparability across regions and business units /liliBuild and develop a global network of process champions and key users while creating training concepts, user guides, and knowledge‑sharing frameworks /liliCollaborate closely with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment across the SO process /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliDegree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field /liliSeveral years of experience in SO, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning Systems (APS), or supply chain transformation projects within a manufacturing environment /liliStrong understanding of supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and end‑to‑end SO processes, combined with proven experience in planning system implementations /liliExperience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), as well as analytical and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI /liliProven ability to drive process standardization, change management, and stakeholder alignment in an international, matrix‑based organization /liliStrong communication and leadership skills, a structured and data‑driven mindset, and professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage /li /ulh3Important information: /h3pThe position can be filled either in Switzerland (Schaffhausen, Seewis, Subingen) or in Germany (Ettenheim, Albershausen, Hassfurt). /ppApplications from recruitment agencies will not be considered. /ph3Contact: /h3pRené Paparusso, Team Lead Talent Acquisition Management Switzerland /ppPhone: /ppEmail: /ph3About us /h3pWe’re GF, the global leader in Flow Solutions, solving some of the world’s most urgent challenges from ensuring access to clean water, supporting safe industrial processes and building critical infrastructure to enabling efficient buildings.
