Global Process Owner S&O Supply Planning (m/f/d)
Ready to take ownership of our global Supply Planning process and help drive the next phase of the GF IIFS S&O journey? As we continue our global Sales & Operations Planning transformation, we are looking for a passionate supply chain professional to define and drive our future supply planning landscape. In this highly visible global role, you will shape standardized processes, implement cutting‑edge planning solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.
Your tasks:
- Lead the Supply Planning workstream within GF IIFS's global S&O software implementation, focusing on Master Production Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and the integration of inventory, transportation, and supplier planning
- Design, harmonize, implement, and continuously improve the global S&O Supply Planning process, including governance, standards, documentation, and master data requirements
- Act as the global process and tool owner for S&O Supply Planning, ensuring effective adoption, stability, and long‑term development
- Define and monitor global Supply Planning KPIs, enabling transparency, performance management, and comparability across regions and business units
- Build and develop a global network of process champions and key users while creating training concepts, user guides, and knowledge‑sharing frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment across the S&O process
Your profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in S&O, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning Systems (APS), or supply chain transformation projects within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, supplier collaboration, and end‑to‑end S&O processes, combined with proven experience in planning system implementations
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), as well as analytical and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Proven ability to drive process standardization, change management, and stakeholder alignment in an international, matrix‑based organization
- Strong communication and leadership skills, a structured and data‑driven mindset, and professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
Important information:
The position can be filled either in Switzerland (Schaffhausen, Seewis, Subingen) or in Germany (Ettenheim, Albershausen, Hassfurt).
