To strengthen our Geneva-based team (brand Charmilles), we\’re hiring a Second Level Service Engineer.

Install, maintain and repair advanced laser systems

Troubleshoot remotely and on-site worldwide

Share know-how through training & documentation

Drive continuous improvement in products and services

Degree in Optical Engineering (or equivalent)

Hands-on experience with lasers/optics (CNC is a plus)

Fluent in English (French/Italian/German a plus)

Problem-solver, customer-focused, strong communicator
