Role Description
The Business Partner at Geozation AI is an equity-based hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual collaborates with leadership to define and implement business strategies that grow client relationships and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, structuring strategic partnerships, and aligning service offerings with client needs in the AI and SEO ecosystem. The Business Partner will manage key accounts, lead business development initiatives, and coordinate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. This role also involves monitoring industry trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and partnership management skills, including experience negotiating agreements and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and AI-driven platforms, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strengths in building trust across diverse teams and clients.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience working in a tech, AI, or digital services environment; familiarity with startups or fast-growing companies is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model from Berlin, managing priorities independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
