Your responsibilities:
Compliance with local regulations: You ensure compliance with local regulations regarding product conformity, environmental compatibility and safety, and handle all contacts with the relevant authorities. Furthermore, you ensure that appropriate and rapid corrective measures are taken when risks are identified and carry out regular inspections and risk assessments of facilities, machinery and equipment.
Training courses: You implement training programs for employees in the areas of compliance, handling hazardous substances, emergency procedures, workplace safety, etc.
Further development: You provide support in promoting and continuously improving quality, health management, occupational safety and sustainability.
Reporting: You create required status reports and present their results to management, focusing on areas for improvement.
Cooperation: They work effectively with internal and external colleagues and support the development and regular updating of emergency plans.
Your profile
Qualification: You have a Bachelor's degree/specialized diploma in healthcare, engineering, or an equivalent level of knowledge acquired through other means. Furthermore, you have proven experience as a health and safety engineer or in a similar role in a technical environment.
Requirements: You possess in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations. Furthermore, you have experience with Microsoft Office applications and industry-specific security management systems.
Personality: You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, sociability, independence and commitment, as well as very good English language skills, complete your profile.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
