Job description:
- Management of a team of around 10 accountants - Supervision of the organisation of the team and the department - Monitoring of deadlines and department activities - Participation in budget preparation - Contacts and follow-up of appointments with owners in collaboration with the Property Management department - Control and monitoring of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the teams - Control and reporting of managed activities to the Property Management Director
