Co-ownership Assistant
Job description:
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of the Group’s co-ownership portfolio, under the supervision of a Manager - Assist the team in all activities related to the co-ownership portfolio - Ensure the follow-up of General Meetings, and participate in the various related meetings (General Meetings of assigned co-ownerships, committees and delegates’ meetings) - Draft the minutes - Manage the convocation of General Meetings - Carry out the various tasks in the claims and works follow-up process - Carry out the various tasks in the re-letting process for isolated lots.
