Job description:
- Assist legal and litigation managers in all service activities - Be available to our clients (owners and tenants in particular) for any questions - Follow up on the legal and litigation files of the management - Draft and review various contractual documents - Draft deeds and agreements - Prepare periodic reports for certain owners
We offer:
- A varied position within a dynamic family Group. - Close collaboration with a team of professionals. - Autonomous work in connection with the various stakeholders of the Group's partner companies. - A pleasant working environment and setting. - An attractive salary commensurate with the required experience. - 5 weeks’ holiday, then 6 weeks after 5 years’ seniority. - Flexible hours from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. - Remote work possible after the probation period.
We require:
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss tenancy law. - Experience in Swiss property management, in the litigation and/or legal field. - Good command of IT tools - Be organised.
