Job Description
- Develop and expand our customer base by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Proactively prospect new customers using all available tools and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Pharmaceutical Support, Experts, and Gx Teams) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Manage orders, including checking and following up on Purchase Orders and Order Confirmations.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Support the Business Opportunities pipeline and manage related reports and Excel templates.
- Expand our presence within selected Biotech and Pharma Clusters.
- Take ownership of KPIs, objectives, and sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in science and/or sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharma packaging, pharmaceutical, medical device, or packaging industry.
- Strong business acumen, well-organized, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals in a remote environment.
- Excellent listening and customer relationship management skills.
- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A true team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel (50-60%).
