We want to continue meeting this high standard of quality and remain the market leader. To achieve this, we are currently looking for a CNC Specialist (M/F/D) to join our team in mechanical manufacturing on a full-time basis at our Nußdorf location, for permanent employment .
- Quality Management: You will meticulously implement the specifications of our QM manual, helping to ensure product quality.
- Technical Implementation: You will read production orders and technical drawings and execute them reliably.
- Machine Operation: You will load processing machines—such as multi-axis and/or multi-spindle machines—with the necessary materials, start the machine run, and monitor the production process.
- Setup and Adjustment: You will prepare parts and materials, set the specified parameters according to the setup plan, and produce a sample part for approval. If necessary, you will make corrections to dimensions and cutting values.
- Troubleshooting: You will respond quickly to malfunctions, either resolving them independently or initiating necessary repairs.
- Tool Handling: You will perform tool changes, adjust tools according to specifications, and set up machines for series production.
- Quality Inspection: You will check the manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy and completeness using simple measuring tools and documentation. You will also document measurement results and ensure that defective parts are sorted out or reworked.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: You will carry out regular maintenance and cleaning tasks according to the plan and ensure the smooth operation of the machines.
Your Expertise:
To ensure smooth mechanical production, we expect you to have:
- Completed vocational training in metalworking, preferably as a cutting machine operator or with a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in CNC machining and basic knowledge of CNC control programming are desirable.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools and a meticulous work style are important to us.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work in shifts . We count on your reliability and sense of responsibility. Overall, we promote teamwork, good communication, and punctuality.
