What do we expect from you? University degree in a STEM field or equivalent. Ideally, prior knowledge of IT processes and an interest in financial processes. Previous knowledge is an advantage: finance, actuarial, programming, SAP, S/4HANA. Confident manner and good communication skills. Analytical and logical thinking, goal-oriented action, team mindset. Business-fluent German and good English language skills. Your tasks Mediating between business and IT. Analyzing new requirements and errors. Coordinating to develop solutions. Developing solution designs and providing support during development phases, including quality assurance. Illustrating complex problems (e.g. with PowerPoint). Collaborating on DWH concepts and reporting. Optimizing processes.
