- Lead Comparison Analytics within the Traveler Analytics team
- Define how traveler choice between experiences is measured and improved, including activity pages, content and reviews, the presentation of options and prices, and what makes an experience stand out
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Content leaders to shape product decisions
- Build the analytics foundation and team that deliver answers to product questions
- Shape company strategy and roadmaps, influence resource allocation, and build measurement frameworks that change how the business makes decisions
- Review complex analyses, identify flaws, and work with data when needed
- Turn complex analyses into clear recommendations and advise executives
Требования
- Experience hiring, developing, and growing teams of analysts in fast-growth environments
- Experience coaching analysts into senior individual contributors and leads
- Experience shaping company strategy and roadmaps and influencing resource allocation
- Proficiency in SQL, experimentation design, causal inference, and metric definition
- Ability to review complex analyses, identify flaws, and work with data when needed
- Ability to turn complex analyses into clear recommendations and challenge ideas when appropriate
