In this role you own hiring and performance management for the Engineering side, helping engineers reach their full potential. You will partner with peers and stakeholders to shape the roadmap and allocate portfolio impact, driving high‑value delivery. You’ll build and maintain opinionated paved paths and abstractions for mission teams, enabling safe and swift delivery. You will champion platform engineering principles and operational excellence across the engineering organization, influencing how teams move fast with confidence.
