Overview
In this role you design and run the systems, tools, and programs that enable scalable, evidence-based research across product and design. You’ll build AI-powered workflows to speed up research from intake to activation, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to translate findings into decisions. You’ll create engaging artifacts and lead workshops to surface gaps and guide the roadmap. You’ll also manage governance, tooling, and vendor processes to scale the research practice with quality.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and maintain systems, tools, and programs for evidence-based decision making at scale (knowledge management, recruitment, self-serve research, tooling, governance)
- Identify and implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate the research/design process end-to-end
- Turn research into decision-ready outputs and create impactful artifacts (visuals, posters, prototypes, one-pagers)
- Run team meetings, discovery workshops, and forums to surface operational gaps and inform roadmap
- Advise stakeholders on processes/tools and help teams adopt these systems through trainings
- Own ongoing research tool screening, vendor onboarding, security assessments, negotiations, access management, and org-wide trainings
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and business to tie findings to business outcomes and KPIs
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience in UX Research, UX Strategy, or UX Program Management in a tech organization, including operations exposure
- Track record of building scalable research systems and user panels
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills with appropriate rigor
- Experience shifting major program decisions at senior stakeholder level through innovative communications
- Ability to visualize direction with sketches/prototypes/service blueprints or AI-assisted outputs, plus a clear point of view on AI-enabled workflows
- Familiarity with research ethics, accessibility (GDPR, e-privacy, WCAG, DSA) and related policies
- Solid business judgment with B2C (and ideally B2B) implications, and experience with vendor management and budget tracking
