our headquarters in Lucerne , we’re looking for a versatile individual to fill an exciting and varied role,
starting immediately or by agreement .
These are your responsibilities
Responsible for providing professional reception services and reliably handling secretarial tasks (phone, mail, orders)
Organizing and managing the meeting rooms
Support with a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks
Independent processing of supplier invoices and expense reports, including the payment cycle
Ensuring internal group invoicing
Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements and supporting the accounting department
What makes you who you are
Completed basic business training with additional education in accounting
Experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of Abacus
Proficiency with MS Office and a strong aptitude for numbers
Friendly, confident demeanor and a strong service-oriented mindset
An independent, structured approach to work and a passion for collaborating as part of a team
