For the Romandy Zone and the management of the VD/VS/FR regions, we are looking for a Regional Manager immediately or by agreement.
What you will move forward- Management of the regions in collaboration with the site managers.- Ensure the processing and quality of files in the regions and assume overall responsibility for the achievement of objectives in the VD/VS/FR regions.- Implement the national and regional strategy of the Unia Unemployment Fund.- Observe and influence the development of market shares.- Technical, organizational, and personnel management of site managers.- Support and promotion of specialists in the regions.- Maintain contacts with municipal and cantonal authorities and regional employment offices (ORP) in the regions.- Coordinate regional issues with sites in the regions, e. g., in the event of collective redundancies and for cooperation with Unia regional sections and authorities.- Management of national and regional projects.
What you bring- Commercial training, university of applied sciences/university degree, or equivalent.- Several years of professional experience in the field of unemployment insurance or social insurance.- Management experience and assertiveness.- Stress resistance and a keen sense of service.- Analytical mind, autonomy, and a keen sense of responsibility.- Mastery of French and knowledge of German (oral).- In-depth knowledge of IT (MS-Office).- Willingness to travel.- Interest in trade union policy issues.- Understanding of social issues and other cultures.- Main place of work: Romandy Zone Headquarters in Lausanne, willingness to travel.
