Intro important please apply only if you have experience in selling Flavours and speak fluent German and English and you have a good network in the Germany Food and Beverage Industry Our client is a medium sized flavour house with focus on Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa We offer flavours for Bakery, Confectionary, Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Dairy Products, Savoury Products, Beverages, Animal Feed and Pet Food, Pharmaceutical Produc Main Purpose: Search for new markets and customers in alignment with our German sales strategy. Maintain relationships with existing customers and analyze sales trends. Prepare action plans and follow up on sector developments and innovations. Identify and leverage opportunity areas to achieve sales targets. Regularly enter and monitor sales budgets in the system. Manage project entry and follow-up. Conduct customer visits and provide price offers. Prepare and present related reports. Tasks Manage our customers in Germany and other European countries. Plan and execute visits to existing and prospective customers. Share customer visit reports with sales top management. Send new projects to R&D for evaluation. Coordinate customer sample requests, follow up on progress, and share results with R&D. Prepare monthly sales reports and share them with top management. Requirements Higher education degree. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken. Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software). Valid driver’s license. Strong team player. Ability to handle confidential information. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly communicative, responsible, and detail-oriented.
