**Global VP Food Ingredients**Executive Leadership Team | Global specialty distribution**The Role**Our client, a fast-paced, global specialty distributor, is looking for a Global VP Food Ingredients to drive accelerated organic growth of its global Food & Beverage business.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work in a matrix with regional leaders, and you will own a global virtual P&L that intersects with the regional P&Ls.Success MeasuresGlobal revenue and profit growthSuccessful M&A executionROI on investmentsTeam performance and retentionCustomer satisfaction and retentionMarket share growthIntegration of global and regional P&L objectivesTasksDevelop and execute the global Food & Beverage strategy, balancing principal relationships and customer needsOwn the global virtual P&L and deliver sustainable double-digit growth in EBITA, GP, GP%, sales and volumeLead global principal management; develop new global and regional principalsProvide strategic and commercial direction to regional Food teams; drive commercial excellence, cross-selling and pricing/margin optimizationIdentify, evaluate and integrate M&A targets and prioritize investments by ROIBuild, develop and retain high-performing global and regional teams, including succession planningRepresent the business with key global accounts, in industry forums and to the Executive Leadership TeamRequirements20+ years of leadership experience in distribution, with proven P&L responsibility and principal/customer partnershipsTrack record of developing end-market strategies in a global distributor environmentExperience in M&A, portfolio management and acquisition integrationSuccess in aligning global strategy with regional execution in a matrix organizationExpertise in distributor dynamics: supply chain, pricing and value-added servicesDeep Food & Beverage knowledge: trends, competitive landscape, customer needsStrong financial acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skillsVisionary, collaborative and culturally aware leader; resilient in driving transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr
