Your mission

1. Management of two teams
   • Internal software development: 1 team leader + 9 developers
   • Webshop development: 1 project manager + 6 developers
2. Work on the optimisation and further development of applications
3. Conduct HR requirement analyses in collaboration with your team leaders
4. Plan training and certification measures and support individual career planning for your team members
5. Cooperate closely with our internal IT department and report directly to the CIO
6. Further develop the road map in collaboration with the CIO

Your profile

• Completion of an apprenticeship/traineeship or a university or technical college degree in computer science, or several years of professional experience in the field
• At least 3 years’ experience in software development
• Comprehensive analytical and statistical skills
• A structured, result-oriented, and independent way of working backed by project management skills
• The ability to work flexibly and in a team
• Very good German and English skills
