We are looking for a Logistics & Planning Coordination Specialist to strengthen our client’s teams for a temporary long-term assignment.Location : Neuchâtel LOGISTICS & PLANNING COORDINATION SPECIALIST POSITON Tasks :- Be the main point of contact for planning between production sites, carriers, and partners. - Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with production and logistics providers. - Track collection, transport, delivery, and manufacturing activities. - Solve problems encountered throughout the patient journey and define action plans. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email. - Ensuring an optimal end-to-end customer experience. - Manage escalations and exceptions (product returns, replacements, quality deviations, etc.). - Update transactional data in BMS scheduling systems. - Participate in daily operational meetings and team transmissions. - Provide support to users of the scheduling portal. - Track and process requests through the case management system. - Lead certain meetings with the clinical and commercial teams.- Comply with the SOPs, applicable procedures, and practices. - - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Profile:Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of professional experience. Experience in a customer service or operational support environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Ability to work in a regulated and international environment.Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
