For our client, a leading IT service provider in Switzerland, we are seeking an experienced Senior IT Account Manager to join and strengthen their dynamic sales team in Reinach, BL . We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and customer-oriented professional who is available to start as soon as possible.

Your area of responsibility

• Management and strategic development of existing customer relationships
• Identification, approach and acquisition of new customers in the field of IT services and solutions.
• Independent management and support of complex tenders - from analysis to bid submission
• Positioning modern IT services and individual solution concepts at the customer's site
• Close collaboration with business development, presales, technology and internal specialist departments for solution development
• Responsibility for achieving defined margin targets
• Conducting customer presentations and contract negotiations at the decision-maker level
• Market observation and active contribution to the further development of the service portfolio

Your profile

• Several years of experience in account management in the IT sector
• Successful track record in acquiring and developing customers
• Confident handling of tenders, complex sales cycles and decision-making processes
• Experience in the practical use of AI tools and applications in one's own sales activities
• Structured, independent and results-oriented work style
• Strong customer and solution orientation, coupled with negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills at all levels - from the IT manager to the CEO
• Excellent written and spoken German, good English skills, French skills an advantage
