Gi Life Sciences is recruiting a
Compliance Manager
on behalf of an international pharmaceutical company based in Ticino, Switzerland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional looking to join a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in supporting ethics, integrity and regulatory compliance across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and continuously improve the company’s Ethics & Compliance framework.
Ensure compliance with Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC), data privacy and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Develop, update and maintain compliance policies, SOPs and internal procedures.
Manage third-party due diligence and support compliance monitoring activities.
Conduct risk assessments and support internal investigations where required.
Provide compliance guidance to cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory and Market Access.
Ensure compliant interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and other external stakeholders.
Deliver compliance training and contribute to fostering a strong ethical culture across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field (Compliance certification is a plus).
At least 5 years
of experience in Ethics & Compliance within the
pharmaceutical or healthcare industry .
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance, including ABAC, data privacy and industry codes (e.g. EFPIA, IFPMA, FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
Experience with compliance monitoring, internal investigations, policy implementation and third-party due diligence.
Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Italian is considered a strong advantage.
