This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing or batch record review who is available to start immediately. /p pWorking closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of electronic batch records, supporting efficient batch release activities and overall quality compliance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform timely and independent review of executed electronic batch records (eBRs) within MES Syncade. /li liEnsure batch records are accurately completed, compliant, and ready for QA review. /li liIdentify documentation discrepancies, compliance gaps, and quality-related issues. /li liCollaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams to investigate and resolve documentation observations. /li liInitiate and support the management of Deviations and CAPAs related to batch record review findings. /li liSupport the preparation of documentation packages to facilitate timely QA batch release. /li liEnsure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements throughout the review process. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on documentation quality and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a bGMP and/or GDP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or API manufacturing environment /b. /li liExperience in bBatch Record Review /b (preferably electronic batch records) or within GMP Manufacturing Operations. /li liStrong understanding of GMP documentation requirements, deviations, CAPAs, and compliance processes. /li liAbility to identify non-compliance issues and documentation gaps against quality standards. /li liExperience with bMES systems /b, ideally bSyncade /b, is highly desirable. /li liFluent in bEnglish /b (written and spoken). /li liGerman is a strong advantage. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
