You will ensure the physico-chemical monitoring of formulas and provide structured support to guarantee effective follow-up of projects and requests.Main responsibilities- Develop and manufacture products according to client briefs (e.g., with changes in fragrance or active ingredients)- Develop and create advanced and applied formulas- Research raw materials according to client briefs (INCI research, marketing brochures) and manage sample shipments to clients- Coordinate tests with external parties (Challenge tests, tolerance tests)- Manage formulas from DEVEX to COPTIS- Perform formula feedback and document trials conducted during pilot production- Prepare stability reports and ensure product stability monitoring- Order samples from suppliers- Provide back-up for the Leader during absences (contacts with sales, with other departments according to client requests)Profile soughtYou are a rigorous person, service-oriented and capable of managing multiple requests in parallel, with strong autonomy and an excellent sense of organization.Qualifications:- CFC Druggist- Experience: in a drugstore or laboratory desired- Tools: proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Coptis are a plus- Languages: good level of English- Key skills: sense of priority management, autonomy, flexibility, capacity for analysis- Soft skills: sense of internal/external customer service, good oral and written communication jid9855ebaaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
