HR Generalist (M/F) – Temporary position
Mission :
The HR Generalist supports managers and employees on operational HR matters and helps implement the HR strategy. He or she manages HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, contributes to HR projects, and ensures the quality of HR data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and separation.
Advise managers and employees on HR processes.
Participate in performance management, compensation, and talent management processes.
Contribute to HR projects, digitalization initiatives, and change management efforts.
Produce and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
Good knowledge of HR processes and, ideally, Swiss labor law.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR systems.
An independent, organized, service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
