Logistics & Planning SpecialistWe are looking for a Logistics & Planning Specialist to strengthen our client teams.Location: NeuchâtelTasks:- Be the main point of contact for planning between production sites, carriers, and customers.- Create and maintain schedules in alignment with production and logistics constraints.- Monitor collection, transport, delivery, and manufacturing problems throughout the journey and define action plans.- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.- Ensuring an optimal end-to-end customer experience and managing exceptions (product returns, replacements, quality issues).- Perform transactional tasks in BMS.- Participate in daily meetings and team transmissions.- Provide support to users of the scheduling tool and process requests through the case management system.- Attend certain meetings with the clinical and commercial teams.- Comply with the SOPs, applicable procedures, and practices.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Profile:- Bachelor s degree.- 3 years of professional experience.- Experience in a customer service or support environment.- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.- Life Sciences background. jidac13d68aen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
