For our partner located in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for:Production TechnicianTemporary positionStart: ASAPYour mission:You will be responsible for ensuring the activities of product manufacturing (tablets), in compliance with GMP / cGMPs, hygiene, and safety rules. You must comply with the procedures defined by the site system.Main tasks:- Carry out production activities such as weighing raw materials, mixing powder blends, and operating production lines.- Provide technical support for activities in production.- Master the ERP (MES) tool in the management of batch records and associated documentation.- Master and perform the cleaning of production equipment and rooms related to the different production stages.- Perform format changes and line clearance.- Update and create technical documents necessary for the operation of equipment and the line (cleaning instructions).- Check, record, and complete pre-established work documents to ensure monitoring of operations performed (batch records filled out according to GMP).- Perform basic physical checks of manufactured products.- Participate and provide support for the validation of industrial processes and the release of production batches.- Issue maintenance intervention requests in case of equipment breakdown and ensure follow-up until production resumes.- Analyze equipment breakdowns and provide support to maintenance in case of deviations in the quality system.- Perform format changes and basic adjustments defined in the procedures.- Train new employees and temporary staff on the different production lines and be the point of reference for the team.- Report dangerous situations, near-misses/incidents, and accidents that could occur on the site to the direct supervisor and the EHS department.Profile:- Have a CFC level or equivalent and 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or ideally 3 years as a team leader in the industry.- Have a perfect command of French and English (B1 min.).- Have perfect knowledge of the GMP environment and have good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the sector of powder mixing and compression. jid8a232ffaen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
